Dr. Kevin J. Yates is a Florida native with family ties to Orlando for several generations.
He received his doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine from Life University in 1988. His post graduate education includes a certification in functional diagnostic nutrition with ongoing studies from the functional medicine university. His focus is on the natural restoration and maintenance of health through diet and nutrition.
Dr. Yates also received post doctorate education in “whiplash traumatology” from the spine research institute of San Diego to provide effective treatment for those involved in auto accidents. Certifications in physiologic therapeutics from brenau college in Gainesville, Georgia and occupational and industrial health consultant certifications from northwestern college of chiropractic in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Dr. Yates brings the experience of over 28 years of private practice. He has been a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association since 1988. Dr. Yates has served as a board member and president of the Osceola Wish Foundation and is a former Chairman of The United Way.
Dr. Yates has a passion for chiropractic and the body's natural ability to heal itself. He cares deeply for his patients and their overall health and wellbeing.
